Can I purchase stock directly from the company?
We do not sell shares of common stock directly. You must contact your stockbroker or financial institution for your initial purchase. However, once you are a shareholder, you are eligible to participate in our Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan.

I have lost my stock certificate. How can I replace it?
Because there are costs involved in replacing stock certificates, you should make every effort to locate your certificates first. (Don't forget to check your safety deposit box.)

If you still cannot find your certificate, contact shareholder services at our corporate office or our transfer agent, Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company.

Continental will put a stop on the certificates. They will then send you an affidavit and instructions for obtaining replacement certificates. This includes posting a surety bond totaling 2% of the current market value of the total shares of stock.

Continental will issue new certificates within two weeks of receiving the completed paperwork.

I am not receiving my dividend checks or quarterly reports. Why?
When this occurs, you should call Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company to verify your address. If Continental receives undeliverable mail back from the post office, they place a hold on the account in question for safety purposes. This may explain why you are not receiving dividend checks or quarterly reports.

When will I receive my dividend checks?
Dividends are paid on approximately the 15th of February, May, August and November.

Why didn't I receive a Form 1099 this year?
Form 1099s are not mailed if the annual dividend income is less than $10. A copy of your 1099 form may be obtained by sending a letter to either Shareholder Relations at our corporate office or sending a letter to Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company.
